Ceramic Technologies makes custom ceramic insulators primarily out of 99.5% alumina and mullite. We offer quick prototype turn-around by stocking a large selection of plates, tubes and rods. We diamond grind these parts into custom insulators typically in 2-3 weeks without tooling charges. We can achieve surface finishes to a 2rms finish on these types of ceramics.
