Ceramic Technologies offers hot-pressed boron nitrade/titanium diboride evaporator boats used to metallize plastic film and paper. Our boats offer the biggest aluminum puddle in the industry.

ZEBRA BOAT® decreases aluminum splash
Estimation of aluminum splashed dropsThe aluminum splashed drops from a boat were collected on stainless plates above the boat during 2 minutes. The deposited drops on the plate were counted at each grain size. The numbers of splashed drops from various kinds of boats are summarized in the next chart.
