Ceramic Technologies offers hot-pressed boron nitrade/titanium diboride evaporator boats used to metallize plastic film and paper. Our boats offer the biggest aluminum puddle in the industry.

It’s maximum aluminum feed rate without overflow.
DKK cavityless ZEBRA BOATR with oval shaped pattern provides wide aluminum flow area along the boat. The following table shows the maximum aluminum feed rates without overflow at the evaporating temperatures.
Maximum aluminum feed rate (g/min.) vs. boat temperature without overflow. Applied power is shown in the parentheses respectively.
Dark zone is the aluminum flow area upon the boat at 1600oC (Aluminum feed rate is 9.8g/min.)
