Ceramic Technologies offers hot-pressed boron nitrade/titanium diboride evaporator boats used to metallize plastic film and paper. Our boats offer the biggest aluminum puddle in the industry.

Corrosion Resistance of DKK reversible type boat
DKK reversible type boat presents a long boat life. The corrosion resistance of the fresh boat is equivalent to that of our competitor’s as shown below. At the life end, you can reverse the boat and use the back side continuously. The corrosion resistance of this reversed back side is comparable to that of the front side.
Aluminum wettability of reversible type boat
The back side of the reversible type boat patterned ‘ZEBRA’ presents the same good wettability as that of the front side.
