OEM CAD/CAM manufacturers recoup their overhead by charging dental labs excessive pricing on ceramic blanks. Our zirconia offers a nice translucency and has zero porosity. This material lends itself to dental lab machining in the pre-fired state. The high strength of zirconia enables framework wall thicknesses of 0.5 or 0.3mm. The fired translucent blanks can easily be enhanced by porcelain overlays. We can even Private Label blanks for your own company.
